Athlete Memberships

Junior high, high school, collegiate, and elite competitive athletes, will learn how to train under a structured program designed to prepare them for their respective sports, at their current athletic level, and beyond.  Before athletes step out on the field, court, platform, ring, track, etc. each athlete will learn fundamental components of speed, strength, agility, power, and quickness. In turn, this will help them develop and further their athletic prowess, and more importantly,  reduce risk and maybe even prevent injury.  Developing these key components has ultimately proven to help athletes succeed in their athletic journey in the sport of their choosing.

Our youth program mirrors the same fundamentals of athletic development that we pride ourselves on. In addition, younger athletes recognize their potential, skills, and learn to develop in their early stages.  Each aspect of the youth program is developed to help athletes with their biological development to adapt physiologically as they grow as athletes.

We specialize in developing athletic performance for all sports including but not limited to: Football, Track & Field, and Wrestling.

At XIOS Strength & Conditioning, we welcome individuals who are visiting the area or simply looking for a new fitness experience to drop in or stay for a short period of time. Our drop-in and short-stay options provide you with access to our state-of-the-art facilities and top-of-the-line equipment, as well as the opportunity to work out alongside our supportive community of like-minded individuals.
