Whether you’re in junior high, high school, college, or competing at an elite level, our Athlete Memberships are built to take your performance to the next level. Every athlete trains under a structured program tailored to their sport, experience, and long-term goals.

YOUTH PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT
Our Youth Athlete Program mirrors the same performance principles, with age-appropriate training that supports physical growth and skill development. Young athletes gain confidence, body awareness, and learn how to move with purpose as they grow into their sport.

Drop-In/Short Stay Memberships
At XIOS Strength & Conditioning, we welcome individuals who are visiting the area or simply looking for a new fitness experience to drop in or stay for a short period of time. Our drop-in and short-stay options provide you with access to our state-of-the-art facilities and top-of-the-line equipment, as well as the opportunity to work out alongside our supportive community of like-minded individuals.

Drop-In: $30/Day – *Must be a California resident (ID required upon entry)
